Professor of Public Law Anna-Sara Lind at the Faculty of Law was recently appointed to serve as an expert adviser to the government inquiry on Public Private Partnership, management and control.
A special inquiry was assigned in February of last year to study the application and forms of Public Private Partnership (“OPS-utredningen”), which refers to various contractually regulated partnerships between government and private companies and organisations in the health care sector. The aim is that government should assume greater responsibility for facilitating strategic public procurements so that taxes are optimally used and corruption and irregularities are prevented.
The term of the inquiry has been extended and the assignment is to be reported by 15 December 2019.
