Problems with the systems for access control

There are currently problems with the systems for access control. New campus cards can be issued, but there is a waiting period before they start working.
The beginning of the semester puts a severe strain on our systems for access control and campus card administration. Long waiting times for new card registrations and changes in access rules are an inevitable consequence.
Over the past 24 hours, these waiting times have been further stretched due to technical problems. In the current circumstances, there may be a delay of one or two days before the access card you have received is provided with the relevant privileges.
Intensive efforts are being made to deal with these problems and we ask for your understanding that certain disruptions will be noticeable during the entire period surrounding the beginning of the semester.
