Geophysic student chapter elected best in the world

Society of Exploration, Geophysicists (SEG) is a worldwide organisation for geophysicists. They named the SEG Student Chapter at the Department of Earth Science the best student chapter in the world.
During the SEG 2020 annual meeting the student chapter at the Department of Earth Sciences was elected best in the world among more than 100 student chapters. SEG evaluates the activities performed over the year. The activities include several field camps and participation and organisation of several geophysical conferences, hosting lectures and promoting geophysics.
