Santa Slokenberga new chairperson in the network Nordic Permed Law

Earlier this year, Nordic Permed Law appointed LL.D. Santa Slokenberga, senior lecturer in Administrative Law, as a chair of the board. She succeeds Associate Professor Anne Kjersti Befring, University of Oslo.
Nordic Permed Law is a network of lawyers in the Nordic region who work with questions related to precision medicine and new medical technology. The network was originally established as part of the legal and ethics work package in the Norwegian research project Bigmed. In order to continue exploring legal issues regarding the implementation of precision medicine, the network was formally established as a permanent structure independent of Bigmed in May 2020.
This autumn, Nordic Permed Law focuses on Covid-19 in the Nordic countries and the regulation of human genome editing in Europe.
