Lawyer Jonas Rosengren awarded von Matern's premium 2022
Jonas Rosengren will receive von Matern's premium on Tuesday 7 February 2023 at the Faculty of Law in Uppsala and in connection with that a lecture will be held.
The purpose of von Matern's premium is to promote legal authorship in Sweden. This time, the honorable prize is awarded to Jonas Rosengren.
Jonas works as a lawyer and partner at Werks Advokater in Gothenburg, mainly as counsel and arbitrator in commercial disputes.
Through his work with maritime law and international arbitration with parties from different countries, he has become interested in how Swedish law relates to other legal systems, especially in terms of contract interpretation. He has taught English contract law for many years. His writing revolves around contract law, maritime law, arbitration law and private international law.
