Prizes and medals on the University’s Anniversary

Each year, Uppsala University awards prizes, awards and medals to those who have furthered research, education or development at Uppsala University. In 2024, this will be celebrated on 7 October in grand style as the University celebrates its anniversary (namely, its 547th).
On Monday 7 October, Uppsala University will celebrate its anniversary with musical entertainment, a lecture and an award ceremony. All researchers, teachers and students who have been honoured during the year will then receive their prizes and medals.
