Join in and have your say in activities at the newly started UUniCORN Future Institute. Both academics and external stakeholders are welcome at a half-day conference in connection with the opening ceremony on 4 March, and a workshop on 26 March.
The aim of UUniCORN is to promote interdisciplinary and co-creative research on societal challenges linked to sustainable development. UUniCORN will identify, analyse and navigate conflicting objectives in sustainable societal transition.
On 4 March, UUniCORN will be inaugurated and the day will start with a half-day conference on conflicting objectives at Hubben, Uppsala Science Park. At the conference we will present the current programme development at UUniCORN, discuss what we mean by conflicting objectives and showcase ongoing research in the field. You are welcome to register to take part via this link. It is also possible to contribute posters for projects related to UUniCORN themes.
Workshop for academics and social actors
To help achieve UUniCORN’s goals, the Co-Creation Lab has been launched. The Lab serves as a platform with three tasks:
- to support process design using co-creative methods in transdisciplinary research applications and research projects
- to support skills development in co-creation
- to analyse methods and approaches to co-creation, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluating the impact of co-creation on change processes.
A workshop will be held on 26 March 2025, offering academics and actors in society a chance to come together to influence current, planned and future projects in the Co-Creation Lab.
