Clinical Genomics Uppsala receives ALF funds for strengthening precision medicine research

Lucia Cavelier and collaborators have been granted 1.9 MSEK ALF funds for IT solutions and further development of large-scale sequencing at Clinical Genomics Uppsala.

The funding is granted from the call for ALF funds for equipment or services. The funds will be used for improved IT solutions at Clinical Genomics Uppsala, and establishment of a workflow for large-scale sequencing in collaboration with the SciLifeLab National Genomics Infrastructure. The aim is to develop a clinically validated workflow for whole-genome sequencing to strengthen precision medicine research.
