Hélder Carvalhal (researcher GaW, Department of History, Uppsala University) gives an oral presentation of his ongoing research: What can Southern European court records tell about gender and work? Opportunities and pitfalls of the typologies produced by two different courts in early modern Portugal.

After the presentation, there will be time for discussion. The seminar will be in English.
