Uppsala Genome Center has been providing sequencing services to Uppsala University since 1998, and has since developed a broad and flexible service platform. We are since 2010 one of three nodes within NGI Sweden - a part of SciLifeLab.
We are highly experienced in extracting and sequencing DNA and RNA, and offer advice and project planning support to our users. We plan all projects according to their specific requirements, in consultation with our users.
We are aiming to be at the fore front of research, and to always be able to offer the latest technologies and methods to our users.
We are mainly aiming at Swedish Universities, but can also accept project from abroad, or from the industry.
We are supported by SciLifeLab, Uppsala University, and the Swedish research council.
