Analyzing Climate Extremes' Impact on Supply Security: Methods, Models, and Limitations
This pilot study focuses on evaluating the current scientific methodologies used to assess the impacts of climate-related extremes on the water, energy, and food sectors. It reviews various modeling approaches, tools, and frameworks employed in the literature, while also identifying gaps, uncertainties, and limitations in these methods that need to be addressed for more robust assessments in future research.
