New mail routines from 2026-02-01

From 1 February, the handling of newspapers and mail will change.

• In the morning, all newspapers will be delivered. At the same time, any internal mail will be collected.
• In the afternoon, around 15.00, incoming mail and internal mail will be delivered. All outgoing mail is collected.
• Other deliveries that arrive during the day are delivered if necessary.
• If you have large amounts of mail to send, you can contact the janitorial office (vaktmasteri-ekonomikum@uu.se, or phone extension 1452) and they will help you.
• Internal mail is delivered to and collected from Ekonomikum on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
