Nominate for the Holberg and Nils Klim Prizes
You can now nominate candidates for the Holberg Prize and the Nils Klim Prize. Both prizes are awarded in the humanities, social sciences, law or theology by the Norwegian government. Nominate by 15 June 2025.
The Holberg Prize is awarded to a scholar who has made outstanding contributions to research in the humanities, social sciences, law or theology. The Prize may be awarded both for work within a particular academic discipline and for work of a cross-disciplinary nature.
The Nils Klim Prize is awarded to a scholar under the age of 40, from a Nordic country, for outstanding contributions to research in the humanities, social sciences, law or theology,
either in one of these academic fields or through interdisciplinary work.
