Lunch lecture: Working with Group Dynamics at Chalmers – Teaching, faculty support, and digital resources

Developing students’ ability to collaborate is a central objective in professionally oriented higher education. University teachers therefore need to be able to support students’ development of collaborative skills, work proactively with group processes, and navigate challenging situations in group work. At Chalmers University of Technology, systematic work with group dynamics is carried out at multiple levels, both within teaching and through faculty support. In this lecture, we present how this work is organised.
