Educational developer for the Disciplinary Domain
Karin Björklund, is educational developer for all teaching staff at the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy and offers counselling and guidance regarding higher education and medical education based on needs and requests.
Karin Björklund has worked for many years with medical educational research as well as development and education in universities and clinics, e.g. primary health care. The focus on her research has been to facilitate and develop students’ clinical learning. Her research is mainly about how patients can become a co-actor in medical students’ clinical training but also how virtual patients and interprofessional learning can facilitate students’ clinical learning.
