Welcome to an open seminar to present and discuss proposals for strengthening collegial participation and decision-making at the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy.
a follow-up to Vision:Medfarm, a working group at Medfarm has been tasked with developing the collegial culture at the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy. The working group's efforts will result in concrete measures to strengthen and develop collegial participation, decision-making, and regeneration.
On 21 October 2024, the working group conducted an open workshop where the thoughts and ideas of the Medfarm collegium were discussed and considered.
As a follow-up to the workshop, an open seminar will be held to present and discuss the working group's proposals for measures to strengthen collegiality.
