36 researchers at Medfarm receive grants from the Swedish Research Council
When the Swedish Research Council (VR) recently announced its allocation decisions for 2023, researchers at the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy were awarded a total of SEK 129,451,667. This represents just over 30 per cent of Uppsala University’s total grants.
In total, 36 researchers have been granted funding. Among these, 30 researchers have been allocated funds for research in Medicine and health. Five researchers from the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy have received grants in Natural and engineering sciences, and one researcher in Humanities and social sciences.
Of all the researchers, six belong to the Faculty of Pharmacy and the remaining to the Faculty of Medicine.
In total, Uppsala University received SEK 424,558,367 from the Swedish Research Council in the three areas of Medicine and Health, Natural and engineering sciences, and Humanities and social sciences.
