Over 30 million allocated for research on childhood cancer
The Swedish Childhood Cancer Fund has decided to allocate funds to 12 different research projects within the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy.
Annually, the fund awards grants to a number of research projects with the potential to contribute to advancements in paediatric oncology. This year, 12 of these grants have been awarded to researchers at various departments at the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy, totalling an amount of SEK 34,700,000. This constitutes approximately one-third of all grants allocated by the Swedish Childhood Cancer Fund.
