Film premiere and panel discussion on collegiality

Ulrika Winblad, Professor of Health Services Research at the Department of Public Health and Caring Sciences, participates in the filming of a documentary about strengthening collegiality at Medfarm.
After nearly two years of work, it is now time to summarise how the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy aims to strengthen the collegial culture. At the Faculty meeting on February 11, the theme ‘Strengthened Collegiality from a Future Perspective’ will be in focus, featuring a panel discussion and a film premiere.
Collegial collaboration is about how we jointly lead, influence, and develop our organisation. The working group that summarized development areas to strengthen collegiality presented its work to the Disciplinary Domain Board in June 2025.
The result consists of development areas with concrete packages of measures, that provide different perspectives on what is important for confidence in the collegial system. The development areas are available both digitally and in print, and now there has also become a film. In the film, representatives from Medfarm share what collegial work means and represents for them in practice.
At the Faculty meeting on February 11, Medfarm will gather for a panel discussion on future challenges and opportunities, and the film will premiere.
