USN is seeking a candidate who holds a doctoral degree in medicine and is employed at Uppsala University Hospital, specialising in cancer treatment and research. The appropriate career stage is that of an active researcher currently working towards becoming a docent.
You must have good collaborative skills, an understanding of clinical cancer research and be firmly rooted in clinical practice. In addition, you must also have a good understanding of basic biological research, registry studies and various research processes.
The post includes approximately 25% time for independent research in the field of cancer.
