The Vice-Chancellor invites you to discuss controversial intelligence and AI in teaching. The development of generative AI and its implications for higher education are the subject of intense debate. Our examination practice faces multiple challenges, but there is also a rapidly growing interest in the opportunities that AI offers teaching.

The seminar will provide a current overview of the international debate and research on various aspects of AI in higher education. The resources and ongoing initiatives at the University which are in place to support the integration of generative AI in teaching and assessment will also be presented.
Open to staff, students and the public. No prior registration required.
It is also possible to participate via Zoom: https://uu-se.zoom.us/j/68814633955?from=addon
Coffee will be served from 15:00 and the seminar will start at 15:15.
