At Uppsala University, all staff and students must have the opportunity to develop. The work and study environment here must always be characterised by respect. Unfortunately, this is not always the case – bullying, discrimination and abusive behaviour do occur despite clear regulations and in contradiction to the way we want to be. The seminar will focus on what the University can do and on how we can improve the state of knowledge and deal with the problems better.

The seminar will be held in Swedish.
