As supervisors at the hosting universities, you are invited to participate in the conference sessions free of charge, but if you want to submit contributions or take part in the socials, such as welcome mingle, and conference dinner you need to make a proper registration (i.e. by not using the “SLU/UU supervisors” registration option). We really hope to see many of you there and if you are planning to come please let us know by registering in the system, BUT use the “SLU / UU supervisors” registration link, so we can make sure you do not have to pay and we can plan for lecture halls and coffee breaks.
