Mental Health Week draws attention to mental health and well-being through lectures, workshops, and activities.
Mental Health Week is organised by the Student Health Services together with staff at Uppsala University, student unions, associations and student nations.
The week is organised in conjunction with World Mental Health Day on 10 October and will take place 5–9 October 2026.
