Small group discussions will be introduced by three teachers, from different disciplines, who will share some concrete examples and perspectives from their own teaching.
Which topics could be considered as difficult and sensitive to deal with in your field? How can teachers learn from situations that occur, and be better prepared in the future? What can teachers do to promote an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all students? In what way could puzzling incidents be a point of departure for teachers to learn from each other within, and beyond, our own disciplines? What legal framework applies? How does academic freedom relate to freedom of speech and what are the limits of this freedom?
Teachers and administrative staff, such as study advisors, are invited to the opportunity to exchange ideas and reflect together with colleagues across the university. The small group discussions can be held in Swedish, when possible.
Please sign up by 6 February. The number of participants is limited.
