Engaging in multi-, inter- or transdisciplinary research means, among many things, encountering different styles for scholarly writing and publishing. This workshop is meant as a sensitizing exploration to provide help when navigating such matters when venturing into cross-disciplinary collaborations.
The topic is particularly pertinent when collaborative partners are trained within different disciplinary cultures. The project at hand might then demand finding out new appropriate ways for publishing and writing that are unfamiliar to some or all participants, which needs to be explored and articulated when making a publication strategy.
Format: The workshop will mix short lectures with discussions and exercises following a framework that covers several important bases that you need to consider when devising a publication strategy.
The workshop take place at Campus Gotland. There will be a new workshop opportunity at September, 25th, this time in Uppsala.
