This years Linnaeus-lecturer is Andrea Rinaldo, Professor of Hydrology and Water Resources at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and Università di Padova. After the Linnaeus lecture there will be a symposium with lectures by Stefano Manzoni, Stockholm University and Gesa Weyhenmeyer, Uppsala University. The symposium ends with a panel discussion.
