There has been a paradigm shift, from regarding feedback as information from teachers to students at a particular point in time, to seeing feedback as an ongoing process, a dialogue in which both the teacher and the students need to shoulder responsibility. This calls for feedback literacy on all parts.

This article discusses how to work with feedback in such a way that teachers and students share purposes, goals, and responsibilities, resulting in mutually reinforced feedback literacy.
