How does our brain work, and how can we outsmart it? Why is it important to understand this when we are learning something new and retaining knowledge we have learned?
During this workshop, we will explore how our brain works and how we can use this knowledge when learning something new, as well as retaining the knowledge we already have. The session will include a mix of information, self-reflection, and discussions.
