Add events to the calendar

Do you have an event that you want to be visible in the staff gateway?

It is now possible for everyone to add a new event to the Institution's calendar here on the staff gateway.

Fill in the form and submit your event. Events will be reviewed before being published.

Please keep in mind that

• Only submit events that are organised by Uppsala University.
• Submit text in both Swedish and English. If the event is organised in Swedish, a short summary of the information in English is fine.
• Events at Faculty level and equivalent will also be visible in the University's common calendar at the staff gateway.
• Please upload a picture of the event. Remember to only use images we have the right to use and do not use a poster as an image for the event.
