Proposal to the Vice-Chancellor regarding the Vice-Rector and the deputy Vice-Rector

The electoral assembly at the Faculty of Science and Technology has today, 10 March, decided:

- in accordance with the nomination committee's proposal, to propose that the Vice-Chancellor appoint Professor Charlotte Platzer Björkman, Department of Materials Science, as chair of the faculty board and vice-rector and dean for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.

- that, in accordance with the nomination committee's proposal, the Vice-Chancellor be asked to appoint Professor Staffan Svärd, Department of Cell and Molecular Biology, as Vice-Chair of the Area/Faculty Board and Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-Dean for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.
