While the Colloquium is mainly aimed at PhD students within the three disciplines of History, Economic History and History of Ideas, anyone with a historical methodology or perspective in their doctoral project is warmly welcome to attend.

The presentation will be held by William Skoglund from the Department of Economic History, with a title of ”Unionization and Inequality in Sweden during the 20th century” - concerning the use of econometrics in historical studies, with his own PhD project as an example.

Attendees need to register beforehand, but do otherwise not have to do any preparatory work. Discussion is based on a presentation held by one of the PhD students.

Most importantly, sandwiches and fika is provided for attendees to allow for a sociable and welcoming atmosphere.
