New Introductory Film on Meeting Students with Neurodevelopmental Disorders in Teaching

The Unit for University Pedagogy has produced a short introductory video on the theme “Meeting Students with Neurodevelopmental Disorders in Teaching.” The video addresses how various neurodevelopmental disorders can affect learning situations and how you, as a teacher, can teach in an accessible way to support students facing these types of challenges. The video is intended as an initial introduction to the topic and can be used as a basis for discussion on pedagogical development within, for example, departments or programs. If you would like further support regarding accessible and inclusive teaching, the Unit for Academic Teaching and Learning offers consultative support on these and related matters.
The video is created by Sofia Grunér, educational developer and licensed speech and language pathologist. The video is in Swedish and includes subtitles in both Swedish and English.
