Active bystander training will continue next year

In the first half of 2025, there will be a further opportunity to take the Active Bystander training, which gives you the tools to act when you notice harassment or other inappropriate behaviour in the workplace.

The training empowers bystanders to act in different situations and prevent harassment from gaining a foothold, and focuses on those around them who are not directly involved in the events. The training also includes information on discrimination and the violence pyramid.

The training is provided in both English and Swedish. Being an active bystander is an effective way to prevent the escalation of harassment. The training is provided by the HR Division in co-operation with Hartler Utbildning.
