Registration for winter conferment ceremony now open

The registration period for the winter conferment ceremony on 30 January 2026 has now begun. The deadline for registration is 1 October 2025.
Beginning with the next winter conferment ceremony on 30 January 2026, the registration window has been brought forward by one month for both the winter and spring conferment ceremonies. The reason for the change is that more time is needed for preparations and arrangements for conferment ceremonies.
Consequently, registration for the next winter conferment ceremony in January 2026 opened on 1 September 2025 and closes on 1 October 2025.
As in the past, you can register for the doctoral degree conferment ceremony up to three years after the date of your thesis defence.
The new registration periods for future winter and spring conferment ceremonies are as follows:
Winter conferment ceremony
Registration opens on 1 September and closes on 1 October.
Spring conferment ceremony
Registration opens on 1 February and closes on 1 March.
