Mental Health Week will take place between 7 and 11 October 2024. The Student Health Service is now looking for staff who want to help contribute to student well-being.

For the fourth year in a row, Mental Health Week will be organised for the University’s students. The week is held in conjunction with World Mental Health Day on 10 October and will run from 7 to 11 October.

The purpose of Mental Health Week is to inform, inspire and hopefully reduce the stigma around mental ill health, but also to give greater visibility to those parts of the University that are dedicated to promoting student health.

The Student Health Service organises and coordinates the week and is now looking for staff and students who want to contribute to this year’s programme. Do you work in a student support function or have a topic to give a lecture or workshop on? Or would you like to contribute a programme item on a social activity that promotes well-being?

Please register your interest in participating in this autumn’s Mental Health Week by 12 June via: halsopedagog-sh@uu.se.
