Nominate candidates for the Distinguished Teaching Awards 2025

You can now nominate candidates for Uppsala University's most prestigious Distinguished Teaching Awards. Nomination of candidates must be made by 11 March 2025.
Each year, Uppsala University presents five distinguished teaching awards for outstanding contributions in education at undergraduate and Master’s levels.
Four of the awards are focused on teachers in the following areas:
- Theology, Humanities and Educational Sciences,
- Law and Social Sciences,
- Medicine and Pharmacy,
- Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Technology.
The fifth award recognises educational achievements in an area chosen for special priority that year and is known as the Free Distinguished Teaching Award.
In 2025, the theme of the free award is “Belonging and participation”.
