Digital information screens
Digital screens are set up all over Uppsala University. They can be located in fully public areas (e.g., entryways), in more restricted areas (e.g., departments) or within a security perimeter (staff areas).
The system that manages the screens is called Diskus and is administrated centrally. Each participating campus has a campus manager, its own support and one or more editors who publish content on the screens via Diskus. To access Diskus, you must first complete a training course.

Most people hurry past screens, which places special demands on the design and presentation of content.

Training for editors
To qualify for Diskus, you must complete a training course. We conduct training when the need arises. Register your interest to anna.tano-graflind@uu.se. Don't forget to contact your campus manager first.
No date has been set for the next training session. Dates are set when at least 3 people have shown interest in attending the course.
