How it works
1. Choose an IT package
You choose a ready-made IT package with a computer and peripherals that suits your work tasks. The packages consist of recommended, standardised equipment.
2. The equipment is delivered
UIT keeps standard equipment in stock, which allows for fast delivery, simple installation and a consistent IT working environment.
3. Faster, smoother support
You use the computer and equipment as usual. If you need support, service or troubleshooting contact University IT Serivces just as you do today but because UIT knows your equipment, the process is quicker and easier for everyone involved.
4. UIT manages the entire life cycle
You do not need to think about administration or the age of the equipment. UIT is responsible for the full management of the equipment, including:
