Order IT equipment based on your own choice
Note
We currently have longer delivery times than usual for orders of new computers or other hardware. This is due to the university implementing the new e-commerce system Proceedo, and we have received more orders than usual. Therefore, we want to inform you that it will take longer than usual; it may take several extra weeks before it can be delivered.
If you have any special needs or if you want to order specific equipment not included in the list of recommended IT equipment, please follow the instructions below to initiate your order. You may be contacted to discuss options and configuration before the order is placed.
- Draw up your own list of IT equipment you want to order (information is available on the Product Web, among other locations).
- Contact the head of department or equivalent financial officer for approval.
- Fill out the order form below.

Choosing IT equipment beyond recommendations may incur additional costs for installation and support.

In the form, please enter the following information:
Headings in the form | What you need to fill in |

Order reference (employee) | Name of new employee |
Division, department or equivalent | Name of division, department or equivalent |
Project Number | Enter the project number (from Raindance) for your department, division or equivalent. If you do not know which project number to use, ask your manager or contact your local economy support. |
Manager approving the order | Name of approving manager |
IT equipment | Product name/Model and manufacturer's part number of each product you want to order. |
Comments | Any comments about your order, e.g. Raindance project or requested delivery date |
