Programme summary: The study trip is two full days, starting Saturday 12 April at 06:15 at the Visby Ferry Terminal.
We travel with ferry and coach. In Uppsala the University guide Mikael Norrby has prepared a couple of guided tours about the history of Uppsala and Uppsala University. Stops at or in the University building, the cathedral, the castle, the botanical garden, the library and the Gustavianum museum are included.
Saturday evening is designed to explore the Uppsala nation life, starting at Västmanland-Dala nation with an evening meal.
On Sunday we continue with Mikael guiding us. There is some free time for shopping/strolling and at 16.55 we leave Uppsala with the ferry coach to Nynäshamn. The ferry from Nynäshamn to Visby is estimated to arrive at 23:25 in Visby, Sunday 13 April.

- Hostel: Hotell & Vandrarhem Centralstation, four-bed rooms for either ladies or gentlemen.
- Participation fee: around 600 SEK (exact amount will be emailed to the selected participants). The fee includes the ferry and coach tickets, the hostel with breakfast, the Saturday lunch & evening meals, and entrance fees (no other meals included).
We will draw places among those who have registered interest in time. The "winners" will be notified and need to confirm by paying the participation fee to Rindi by 17 March. Your registration is complete and binding once you have paid the participation fee.
