We invite our students on a city walk with the university guide Mikael Norrby!
Ageing and sickness were part of life also 600 years ago, but even if most of the treatments back in the day seem inexplicable and barbaric to us today, there were also some elements that are quite familiar – hospitals, nursing homes and seniors assisted housing all existed in the 14th century Visby.
