Changes to how you book group rooms at Campus Gotland
As a student at Campus Gotland you can reserve group study rooms and lecture rooms, availability permitting.
You book the group rooms yourself through our room and scheduling system, TimeEdit (log in with password A).
From 19 January, students who book group rooms will need to confirm their bookings close to the start time.
If a booking is not confirmed, it will be cancelled automatically so that other students can see that the room is available and book it. Bookings can be confirmed from 15 minutes before until 15 minutes after the start time.
The purpose of this change is to make it easier for students to see which rooms are actually available.
