Application, registration and study periods

It is not enough to only be admitted to a course or program to start studying. You also need to register for the course or the program's introductory course.

When you are going to be our student

When you receive your admission notification, you will find out if you have been admitted to the course or program you applied for. If you decide to take our courses, you need to accept the admission and then register for the course or the program's introductory course within the registration period. You register in Ladok for students.

Our registration periods usually start three weeks before the course begins and usually end one week before the course starts.

Our study periods

Each semester is divided into two study periods. These two periods are in turn divided into two course starts - which for 30-credit courses are called modules.

Our 30-credit courses start at the beginning of the semester.

Our 7.5-credit courses start at the beginning of the semester and then approximately every 5 weeks.

Our part-time courses (50%) start at the beginning of each period.
