Congratulations Thomas Schön – nominated for prestigious AI award

We are pleased to announce that Thomas Schön is one of the seven finalists for the ‘AI Swede of the Year 2024’ award. This accolade, presented by TechSverige, is awarded to the individual whom the jury believes has made the most significant contribution to the visibility and development of Swedish AI.

Thomas Schön is the Beijer Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the Department of Information Technology, Uppsala University.
