New project improves the connection between fluid mechanics and computational science

Ken Mattsson, Professor at the Department of Information Technology, has received project funding to develop pedagogy by integrating fluid mechanics and computational science, which are currently taught separately.

The aim is to make the connection between these subjects clear to students through practical projects and short video lectures. The evaluation team considers the project to be clear and feasible. Although the use of recorded lectures is not particularly innovative in itself (as it is common in course development), the project team is encouraged to involve students more clearly, for example through dialogue with the student section of the programme concerned.

Project title: Kursövergripnade projekt som interagerar strömningsmekanik och beräkningsvetenskap
