How does our food affect the earth’s ecosystems? What should we eat to stay healthy? How can food waste become a resource? Welcome to Sustainability Forum's event where food is the focus.
Take part in current research about how food affects ecosystems and how blue food can become sustainable. Learn more about the role of food from a climate justice perspective. Listen to practitioners who talk about how they work to reduce food waste in their business and how food can be the key to building community.
Visit also the food fair where research projects, organisations, companies and local producers display their work and share their knowledge.
The event is open for all and will be held in English.
