The Vice-Chancellor invites students, doctoral students, and staff to an open seminar to discuss and provide feedback on the proposed revised University Mission, Goals and Strategies.
In the document "Mission, Goals and Strategies," Uppsala University outlines its goals and ambitions for education and research. The document covers the next five years and outlines what we aim to be and the University’s priorities.
Deputy Vice-Chancellor Coco Norén will present the proposal and lead the discussion on how to move forward.
We will start with coffee/tea, Lucia buns, and gingerbread at 15:00. The seminar starts at 15:15.
You are welcome to comment, ask questions, and highlight what you think is important. The seminar is held in Swedish.
Open to staff and students. No prior registration required.

- The Vice-Chancellor welcomes everyone and makes introductory remarks under the heading: “Why do we need a Mission, Goals and Strategies?”
- Presentation of the proposal and how we have developed the document, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Coco Norén.
- Opportunity to comment, discuss and ask questions, moderated by Deputy Vice-Chancellor Coco Norén.
- The Vice-Chancellor sums up and comments on the way forward.
