Erasmus studies in the UK

The UK is no longer an EU Member State. It has also opted not to take part as an associated third country in the new Erasmus+ programme 2021-2027. This means that all students wishing to study abroad in UK academic year 2023/24 and onward are not eligible to apply for the Erasmus+ grant.

Visas

EU students planning to study in the UK from 2021 and onwards, currently not residing or studying in the UK, will need to apply for a student visa before starting their studies, if the studies are longer than 6 months.
