Guided tours in Uppsala, autumn 2019

Uppsala University offers international students a number of guided tours in order for you to enhance your knowledge about the Uppsala region.

All of the tours are guided by professional guides, most by University Guide Mikael Norrby.

Tickets will be sold at the Service Centre at the Segerstedt Building (Dag Hammarskjölds väg 7) from 5 August and onwards. Opening hours during the summer, 24 June - 16 August, are 8 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday. From August 19 and onwards, the Service Centre is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. We only accept card payment, so please do not bring cash.

All tours depart from, and end at, the University Main Building (Outside St Olofsgatan 10B in Uppsala). Tickets are non-refundable; however students are free to sell their seat to another student. If a student does so, we ask that they e-mail us at masterprograms@uu.se to let us know of the change.

None of the tours include lunch. For most of the tours we will instead make stops in towns where there are places to eat or buy food. Make sure to bring cash to buy lunch, or bring your own packed lunch! For the Northern Uppland Tour you are advised to bring your own lunch as lunch cannot be purchased at any of the places we will stop.
